This fully vegan kitchen on Äußerer Laufer Platz grinds Levantine-style hummus daily and lets you build the plate yourself: pick the base, then the toppings — falafel, batata harra, roasted cauliflower, oyster-mushroom shawarma, vegan halloumi — with the staff steering you towards the right sauce. Wraps land around eleven euros, so a full meal stays affordable. The room is more quirky front room than restaurant: a record player, a piano, an eighties rock playlist and chickpea jokes on the walls. Small, frequently full, and worth booking ahead.
