  1. La Clairière1

    Regional

    La Clairière

La Clairière is a plant-based kitchen on Boulevard de la Liberté, cooking seasonal, organic produce with no animal products and no palm oil. Open since 2017, it describes its own food as healthy and indulgent at once, and the vegetable plates get the attention a bistro would normally reserve for meat. Vegan and gluten-free eaters are properly cooked for rather than merely accommodated, with mains around eighteen euros and a brunch service at weekends. Takeaway is available. The house has a second identity too: the team works with animal rescue and regularly hosts dogs looking for homes, so it is dog-friendly in the fullest sense. A restaurant with a position, not just a menu.

Dietary: Vegetarian options are on the menu.
